Attention: Standard delivery service is available for Hong Kong, however below areas require extra delivery time and customer need to pay for the transportation charges:
Hong Kong off-shore areas, remote islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau etc), Ma Wan, Lantau Island, Hong Kong International Airport etc.

Extra service charges or transportation charges will be applied for tenement buildings or residences which needs to walk up by steps, we recommend customer to contact our Customer Service via Whatsapp 9200 2064 for delivery inquiries before purchase.
If any fail delivery or products being return to our office due to customer provided wrong delivery details, the extra delivery cost occurs, the second delivery fee, logistic courier penalty, customer will be responsible for these charges.
Nakamichi will try the best to ensure the integrity of the packaging, however if the packaging is damaged during transportation, and the product’s appearance and functionality have not been affected, our shop will not be responsible.
SF pick up point / SF locker pick up procedure: 1. Pick up address will be shown on the checkout page 2. If the order’s amount is below HK$400, delivery fee will be charged when customer choose SF station or SF locker pick up service. 3. Once the shipment arrived SF station / SF locker, customer will receive an SMS / SFHK App notification, please follow the instruction to the selected address to pick up the package. 4. Please pick up the package from the selected address within 30 hours upon receiving the SMS from SF Express. 5. If the package is not picked up due to overtime or needs to be re-delivered to another address, such as SF Store, SF Express Service Center, etc., the cost incurred for the second delivery shall be borne by the customer. 6. Our company will not be responsible for any additional charges or time delay caused by the change of location. 7. Due to limited storage of the popular locker, logistics company will transfer to the second nearest locker in the same segment when the preferred locker is full. For example: the preferred locker is the popular locker in E segment, we can contact the company on behalf of the customers and request to transfer the preferred locker, if necessary, please contact our customer service. 8. When a customer chooses to use the EF Locker, it means that the customer accepts the conditions of TOV and EF Locker. 9. Due to the space limitation of the locker, large goods cannot be sent to the locker, please refer to the product description for details.
