Return Policy

1. Once the order has been paid for, exchange and refund will not be accepted. Please confirm your order is correct before checkout.


2. If any problems are found with the product after signing for it, please contact us via email at info@nakamichi.hk or through WhatsApp message at 9200 2064 within 3 working days of receiving the item.


(1) Our customer service will provide an RMA number. After confirming the appointment date, you can send the product back to us for repair or replacement. Monster on sale items, if you have any problem after receiving the product, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at 9200 2064 within 7 days. Our customer service will assist you with the one-on-one exchange service. Please note that requests made after 7 days will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.


(2) Our customer service hours are from Monday - Friday: 10:00-12:00;14:00-17:00. If you contact us during these hours, we will respond to your questions as soon as possible. 


(3) For pick-up or exchange, please come between 9:00 am to 12:30 pm to ensure that we have sufficient time to provide you with the best service.


3. Products are subject to price fluctuations, sold price on invoice is final, in the event of price adjustment, price difference is not refundable 

in any circumstances.


4. If the customer paid extra amount by mistake, this can only be converted into points for the next purchase. If the customer insists on

a refund, a $50 administrative fee will be charged each time due to administrative costs. Customers are advised to ensure the amount is

correct before transfer.


5. If not due to the delay in delivery by manufacturer, the order cannot be cancelled once the payment is confirmed. If the company fails to

deliver the goods on time due to the delay in delivery by the manufacturer, customer can apply for a full refund. After confirming that the refund is available, it will generally be returned to the original method of payment.


6.  If you find any problems after receiving the product, please contact us by email to info@nakamichi.hk or WHATSAPP to 9200 2064 within 

3 working days after receiving the product.


•  Bank transfer refund: It usually takes 5-10 working days to complete the entire refund process.


•  Credit card refund: Generally, it takes 3-5 working days to complete the customer's refund application. The credit card company will credit

the refund to the customer's credit card account within around 2 weeks after receiving the refund application.


•  ALIPAY Refund: ALIPAY's refund processing time will be longer, and the refund will be deposited in about 2 weeks.
