1.2 By using the Services (including but without limitation to visiting or shopping at Nakamichi and/or placing orders thereat), you agree and
accept the Conditions of Services. Please read our terms and conditions before visiting or shopping at our site.
2. Payment Method
2.1. We accept the following payment methods including VISA, MASTERCARD, Paypal, PayMe, Alipay HK
2.2. All payments shall be settled in Hong Kong dollars (HK$). If there are extra charges or price difference due to currency convert and
exchange rate, we will not responsible for this.
2.3. All payment process are handled by third party payment platform. Therefore, if there is any problems while handling payment, we are
not responsible for this. If customer has any difficulties towards the payment process, please contact the customer service of third party
payment platform directly.
2.4. Customer can choose the currency to be shown in our website, and the exchange price is based on www.xe.com as reference and it will
update twice per day. However, the exchanged price for the products are only for reference, the final price of the order transaction will be
counted as Hong Kong Dollars (HK$).
3. Delivery
3.1. Other than pre-order products, all paid orders will be process within 3-7 working days.
3.2. If customer has not received the products after 3 weeks among payment completed, please contact Customer Service Team via
Whatsapp 9200 2064.
3.3. After products being shipped, if there is any damage during delivery, we do not responsible for this.
3.4. If customers would like to deliver the products to the regions or countries outside Hong Kong, please contact us before placing the order, customer will need to pay for the delivery cost.
3.5. Delivery service are excluding off-shore island and remote areas, including Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau,
Lamma Island, Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok (including Hong Kong International Airport), Hong Kong Disneyland etc, customer will need to pay for
the delivery cost.
3.6. If customer cannot receive the parcel or cannot receive the parcel within the time frame offered by the third party courier, product will be returned to our office and customer is only accepted to pick up directly from our office, we will charge customer for the extra cost.
4. Return / Exchange Goods
4.1. Once the order has been paid for, exchange and refund will not be accepted. Please make sure your order is correct before checkout.
4.2. If customer find any problems after receiving the product, please contact us via email to cs@nakamichi.hk or WHATSAPP to 9200 2064
within 3 working days after receiving the product.

5. Promotion and Discount
5.1. All discounts and/or rewards will not be able to use together with other promotion discounts or offers, member's offers or special
promotions. All promotions and discounts cannot be transferred and/or convert to cash.
5.2. All items marked as 'Best priced product is not applicable to: Order-Level Discount' cannot be purchased using Store Credits.
6. Membership and Privacy Policy
6.1. Unless customer join the member via our website, our website will not get customer's personal information without notify customer
6.2. Our website will record users' IP address, and the browsing activities etc within our website, however these information is only used for
web flow analysis and internet user behavior research, in order to improve our website's quality, we will not disclose to third parties.
6.3. Unless prior announcement or according to relative laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, our website
will not disclose customer's personal data to third parties or use as other purposes.
6.4. Customer please do NOT share your personal account details and password to the third parties. We will not responsible for any loss led
to your account being logged in by others caused by your personal negligence.
